Ordering SiteLock and Providing Your FTP Details

SiteLock scans your website for malware, vulnerabilities and other security issues, and can automatically remove threats it finds. TechInHost offers four SiteLock plans: Scanner, Basic, Pro and Business.
Ordering SiteLock
Step 1: Go to Order a Service
Sign in to panel.techinhost.com and click Order a Service.
Step 2: Choose your plan
Pick the SiteLock plan that fits your needs and complete checkout.
Providing your FTP details
SiteLock needs FTP access to scan and clean your website files. After ordering, go to My Services and find your SiteLock subscription - it will show Provide FTP Details if it's still waiting on this information.
Enter your FTP host, username and password. These are used only to connect SiteLock's scanner to your site, and are stored securely.
Once submitted, your subscription status will update once our team has activated scanning on your account.
