Updating your bank details for affiliate payouts

Payouts go to the bank account on your affiliate profile. You can update it yourself from your dashboard.

How to change it

1. Log in to your client area and open Affiliate.
2. Find the Bank details section. For your security, your account number is shown partly hidden.
3. Open the change form, enter the new details and save.

If you enter an IBAN, it is checked to make sure the format is correct.

What to expect after a change

• We email you to confirm that your bank details were changed. If you did not make the change, contact us straight away.
• For your protection, payouts are paused for 7 days after a change to your bank details.

Check before you save

Make sure the account title and number are exactly right. A payout sent to the wrong details can be difficult to recover.
